| 摘 要： | 通过对我国社会历史条件的变化的研究,探讨市场经济条件下体育组织行为的新模式,从中分析体育组织行为对运动员心理架构的影响.运用政治学、经济学、和心理学的基本理论,结合中国市场经济发展的实际和体育组织行为的特点,分析运动员心理架构形成的过程.结论:人们在社会生活中的政治、经济关系、文化内涵已经改变;体育组织与运动员的关系的本质已经改变.因此,应建立起顺应时代要求的体育组织体制和体育组织行为模式.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on influences of the historical conditions in China,adopted the studies of political science,economics,sociology and psychology,with the combination of practices of Chinese marketing development and characteristics of sports organization behavior,this study explored the new mode of sports organization behaviors in the context of marketing economy and its impacts on athletes' psychological framework.The results indicated that the individual politics,economic relationships,and cultural connotation have been changed in the society;the essences of relationship between sports organization and athletes have been transferred.Accordingly,it is necessary to set up a proper sports organization system and sports organization behavior mode adapted to the development of the new times. |
