摘    要:运动显著影响骨骼肌内一氧化氮(NO)含量及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性。测试表明,运动诱导骨骼肌中NOS活性升高,产生NO增加,NO参与运动时骨骼肌机能的调节;同时运动时NOS活性及NO代谢的特点与运动强度和时间有关。力竭性运动使NOS活性下降,其机制和意义尚待探讨。

Abstract:Exercise training remarkably affects the content of nitric oxide (NO) in skeletal muscles and theactivity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS). The results of the test indicated that exercise training induced the increase of NOS activity and NO contents. NO participated in the functional adjustment of skeletal muscles during exercise. During exercise the characteristics of NOS activity and NO metabolism were related to the intensity and duration of exercise. Exhaustive exercises led to the decrease of NOS activity, but its mechanism andsignificance remained to be discussed.
