| 摘 要： | 职业生涯高原是高校青年体育教师职业发展历程中的一个重要现象。职业生涯高原的出现必定对高校体育青年教师的职业发展产生影响。因此,开展高校青年体育教师职业生涯高原的调查研究,搜集和了解第一手数据,对于了解青年体育教师职业生涯高原现状、产生机理、影响因素等内容,验证现有治理措施的有效性,从而进一步做好青年体育教师职业生涯高原的管理工作,构建高效的青年体育教师队伍,提高高校体育教育水平具有重要和深远的实践意义。围绕北京市部分高校青年体育教师职业高原的结构类型(结构高原和内容高原)在性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况等变量上的差异,进而揭示高校青年体育教师职业高原现象的特点,并有针对性地提出高校青年体育教师职业生涯高原管理策略。

| Abstract: | The career plateau of physical education teachers in university is a very important phenomenon in the process of career development.It must have deeply effect on the career development.For this reason,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to launch an investigation and study about career plateau of domestic youth physical education teachers to collect first hand data and find out the current situation,mechanism and influence factors of career plateau in order to better the management of youth physical education teachers and make the enforcement more efficiently.The paper shows the structural characteristics(structure plateau and content plateau) according to the gender,age,education background and marriage,discusses the present condition of career plateau,and reveals its integrated characteristics so as to promote the further development of physical education teachers in career. |
