| 摘 要： | 从对于举国体制历史沿革的再认识入手,根据若干专家的论述,归纳出举国体制具有政府管理型体制,重大项目管理体制,资源集中投入型体制的基本特点.进而提出举国体制不适用于全部竞技体育,而又可能适用于急需解决的公益性群众体育基础设施建设的观点.最后阐述了竞技体育举国体制与可持续发展和效益等问题.

| Abstract: | In the review of the history of centraliged national system and based on the dissertation of some experts, it is induced in this article that the centraliged national system is characterized by the basic points of governmental management system, large items management system and centralized investment system. Further it is put forward that the centraliged national system is not applicable for all competitive sports, but for basic facilities of public sports in urgent need. Finally, some issues on the centraliged national system of competitive sports and the benefit of sustainable development are also explained in this article. |
