| 摘 要： | 由中国、澳大利亚和美国征集214名（男111名,女103名）老年人（60～83岁）为本研究受试者。采用Osness等人“60岁以上成人功能素质评定”方法,以及在Duke大学“多项功能评定问卷”基础上经补充和修改的问卷调查表,对受试者进行综合评价。调查结果初步揭示了中、澳、美老年人在社会资源、身体健康状况、体力和智力素质、营养、功能独立情况、日常活动模式及对生活的满意程度等方面的差异。证实了“现场试验”是一组对技术和仪器设备要求不高,适用于老年人口进行身体素质评定的方法。这种“问卷调查表”还需要做进一步的少量修改。它确认了来自世界不同国家的研究人员共同合作,完成有多种纪律约束的研究课题是可行的。

| Abstract: | The subjects of the study were 214 (male: 111, female: 103) old people (60 to 83 years old ) recruited from China, Australia and the United States. By adopting the Osness' "Functional Fitness Assessment adults over 60 years" and the interview schhedule modified and supplied on the basis of the "OARS Multidimensional Functional Assessment Questionnaire" of Duke University, the subjects were evaluated comprehensively. The results preliminarily revealed that there were differences of social resource, physical health,physical and mental fitness, nutrition, functional independence, daily activity pattern and life satisfaction among the old people of China, Australia, and the Unites States. It was confirmed that the field-test test is one of the methods for physical fitness assessment, which does not require a high level of technology and instruments and is suitable for the physical fitness assessment of the aged population. The interview schhedule needs to be modified a little in future. It was affirmed that the collaboration of researches, coming from different countries of the world to fulfil a study, restricted by various disciplines was feasible. |
