收缩引起骨骼肌葡萄糖转运的信号通道

摘    要:收缩引起骨骼肌葡萄糖转运不仅对运动训练具有重要意义,而且也是运动改善糖尿病等疾病的机制之一。虽然收缩引起骨骼肌葡萄糖转运的信号通道还不完全清楚,但科研工作者已经做了大量的工作。主要介绍目前人们普遍认可的胰岛素和收缩引起的骨骼肌葡萄糖转运的信号通道,另外对还存在一定争议的NO/cGMP信号通道做了简单的介绍。

Abstract:Contraction-induced glucose transport not only has important meaning for exercise and training,but also is one of the mechanisms to treat diabetes.Although people can not completely clarify the signal channel of contraction-induced glucose transport,scholars has finish substantive works.This paper mainly introduces approbatory signal channel of insulin and contraction-induced glucose transport in skeletal muscle,in addition,it simply introduces disputed NO/cGMP signal channel.
