摘    要:从整个春训期间生化指标中反映,春训的大强度训练计划是合理的,运动员身体机能状况处于正常水平,但大负荷课强度较小,达不到大负荷刺激机体、提高机能水平的目的。训练手段以3对3以下的对抗攻守练习强度较大,如果增加密度,对提高运动员对抗中完成各种技术能力和无氧代谢能力有利。血乳酸是反映运动强度的良好指标,应根据足球训练的特点,选择和增加采血点,才能更准确地反映运动训练的实际情况。

Abstract:The biochemical indexes taken in the whole spring training period indicated that the intensivetraining program in the spring training was reasonable. The functional state of the players remained at thenormal level. However, the intensity in the heavy work load sections was not high enough to stimulate thebody to improve its functional level. The intensity of the counteracting exercises under 3 to 3 was high. If thedensity of the exercises had been increased f it would have been very helpful to enhancing the players' performances of completing various skills during counteracting exercises and the anaerobic metabolism level. Bloodlactate acid is a good biochemical index for reflecting exercise intensity. Only by selecting and increasing moreappropriate sites to get blood samples, according to the characteristics of football training, can the actual situation of the exercise training be reflected more exactly.
