摘    要:目的:观察长期有氧运动对老龄大鼠脑组织NO含量与NOS活性的影响,探讨运动延缓衰老机制。方法:青龄与老龄雄性SD大鼠24只分为:青龄对照组(QC)8只,老龄对照组(LC)8只,老龄运动组(LT)8只。LT组坚持游泳运动8周,其余2组自由生活。于8周后取样测定脑组织NO含量、NOS活性,观察老龄大鼠脑组织NO、NOS的变化及有氧运动对上述指标的影响。结果:LC组大鼠脑组织NO含量、NOS活性明显降低,有氧运动可使上述变化逆转。结论:有氧运动可通过提高老龄大鼠脑组织NO含量,发挥延缓衰老和防止老年性疾病的作用。
