| 摘 要： | 为了解影响我国高水平运动员的运动参与动机和运动成就动机的因素,以华北地区339名高水平运动员为研究对象进行调查,采用问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,运用定量和定性分析相结合的手段,从不同性别、年龄、父母职业、训练年限以及受教育程度来研究和揭示影响高水平运动员的运动参与动机和运动成就动机的因素,最终旨在为提高我国高水平运动员的成绩提供依据,推进我国竞技体育的发展.

| Abstract: | In order to understand the influential factors on high-level athletes' sport participation motivation (SPM) and sport achievement motivation (SAM), 339 high level athletes from East China are investigated. Adopting the methods of questionnaire,interview,data statistics and logical analysis and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, we study and reveal the influential factors from different genders, ages, parents' careers, duration of training and education background, hoping to supply a theoretical foundation to improve high-level athletes' achievement and promoting the development of competitive sports in China. |
