| 摘 要： | 体育院校如何全面督导和评定训练课，并综合给予评价，仍是一个空白点。通过调查、访问、评估、试验等形式对训练课评估表进行研究。根据体育院校专项训练课的特点，评估训练课质量高低应包括教与学及训练效果三方面的内容，评估档次分为优、良、中、差四档。

| Abstract: | How to superintend, direct, assess and comprehensively evaluate the training classes in universities and colleges of physical education was not known to us. By investigating, visiting, assessing and testing the sheets for assessment of training classes were studied. According to the characteristics of specific training classes in universities and colleges of physical education, the contents of evaluating training class quality should include three aspects-effects of teaching, learning and training. The evaluation should be divided into four grades -excellent, good, medium and poor. |
