| 摘 要： | 男子排球后备人才的培养是我国男排重新崛起的关键因素。本文通过体育测量、问卷调查等方法对我国男排后备人才的身体形态、体能状况进行调查研究的基础上,在青少年培养方式、手段等方面提出了排球后备人才培养的方案。

| Abstract: | The development of man's volleyball reserve talents is a key factor determining the resurge of Chinese men's volleyball. Through sports measurement and questionnaire, the paper investigates the physical forms and constitution of Chinese men's reserve talents and puts forwards the plans of developing young volleyball players. |
