摘    要:为了更好地适应基础教育的需要,克服中长跑锻炼中存在的主观性和盲目性顷向,有效地增强学生的体质,通过实验的方法,对14岁男生中长跑锻炼的强度、频度和时间3个因素及所确立的3个水平进行定量研究,选取最佳因子组合成14岁男生中长跑锻炼的优选模式,为其进行中长跑锻炼提供科学依据。

Abstract:To meet the needs of the fundamental education and to acoid subjectivity and blindness in the training of middle and long distance running and to effectively improve students'fitness, in the study we madea quantitarive ane1ysis on intensity, frequency and duration of the training and the three leveis determined bytheim. By choosing the best factor combination, the eptimal exercise model of middle and long distance running was established.
