Discussion on Discrimination between Slimming Exercise and Aerobic Exercise and their Usage |

| Abstract: | In allusion to the fact that in China the competitive slimming exercise and the slimming exercise for keeping fit share the term of "aerobics", which leads to the confusion and misunderstanding of people in using these kinds of exercise. It was suggested that the term slimming exercise be used for the competitive slimming exercise, while the slimming exercise for keeping fit should be called aerobic exercise. |
