| 摘 要： | 对我国甲级足球队教练员的专业知识与能力状况进行调查，并运用计算机进行多因素分析处理，建立了我国高级足球教练员岗位培训教学目标层次体系；根据这一体系确立了岗位培训内容的课程教学层次。

| Abstract: | An investigation was made on the special knowledge and ability status of the coaches in Chinesefirst-class football teams. The data were treated with the multi-factor analysis method by computer. The arrangement system of the teaching aims for post training of the Chinese senior football coaches was set up. According to the system, the teaching arrangement of contents for post training was established. |
