| Abstract: | The implement of the rally point system has a great influence on the serve skills. By adopting literature consultation the data from the technical statistics of the serve and the first pass skills of the male players in the National Volleyball Tournaments supported by Weida Company in 1998~1999 and 1999~2000 were analyzed. It was found that serve skills are of significance and play an important role in volleyball matches. It was put forward that the offensiveness of serve should be enhanced to try to gain the initiative of the match. |
