| 摘 要： | 通过文献法对当前我国老年人的体育需求进行了调查,并就相关的社会条件支持系统进行分析研究,旨在构建老年人体育生活方式,提高老年人生活质量,推进我国健康老龄化进程.结果发现:随着老龄化进程的不断加快,逐渐形成了老年人日益增长的体育需求与社会条件支持系统之间的矛盾,并就此提出了相应的对策和建议.

| Abstract: | The paper makes a survey on sports demand of the old-aged people at present by documents.In order to construct the sports lifestyle for the old-aged and promote their life quality and push the process of healthy aging.The result shows the conflict between sports demand of the old-aged people and social support system,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. |
