摘    要:从人类社会进步的角度,分析了社会发展对人类健康的影响,论述了终身体育对人类健康的促进作用,认为终身体育是促进人类健康最有效的办法,这一新的体育思想已越来越为人们所接受;在上述的研究的基础认为体育锻炼习惯是形成人们终身体育的关键,而经常化、组织化、娱乐与健身一体化是形成体育锻炼习惯的核心要素.

Abstract:From the view of the progress of human beings,by analyzing the influence of human being' health to the society,we state that the sport of the whole lift has prompt action to human health and think that the sport of the whole life have been the effective way to promote human health.This new thought of sport became more and mort acceptable to people.Based on the above research,we think that the habit of sport exercise is the key to the sport foundation of the whole life and the regularization,organization,entertainment and the healthy body integration are the core factor to form physical exercise habit.
