| Abstract: | The speed type skill in triple jump has become the necessary developing trend in future. In order to train triple jumpers of speed type, the training mode of speed type skill in triple jump was designed and was being practiced for one year, trying to provide beneficial inspiration for innovating the training method in triple jump. |
