高校教师职业压力研究

摘    要:了解并研究教师职业压力,不仅有助于深入了解教师面临较大的职业压力,而且有助于采取积极有效的措施减轻教师心理压力、维护教师身心健康.采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较法等研究方法进行研究.结果发现:1)教师职业压力的存在及其消极影响具有普遍性;2)教师职业压力源的产生有多种综合原因,经济、物质方面的因素不是导致压力的唯一原因;3)教师职业压力的调解并不能仅依赖教师自身;4)缓解教师职业压力的工作具有持久性.

Abstract:Understanding and studying the teachers professional pressure not only facilitates to provide an in-depth analysis on the tremendous professional pressure which the teachers are facing with,but also are helpful to take positive and effective measures to reduce teachers' pressure,and maintain physical and mental health of teachers.This study adopted the documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and statistic analysis.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1) The existences and the negative effects of the teachers' professional pressure are universal;2) The produced sources of the teachers' professional pressure have many kinds of comprehensive reasons,the factor of the economy and material is not the only reason to the stress;3) The mediation of the teachers' professional pressure all not rely on their owner;4) The work that alleviates the teachers' professional pressure are durable.
