| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、现场观察和录像方法对九运会蹦床网上决赛女子单人成套动作的编排特征进行分析.结果表明:我国女运动员的预跳能力、动作时间上有所提高,但平均预跳时间上与世界水平还有差距;空翻转体的阶段变化还不算多;在两周空翻的转体度数上不如世界蹦床强国的水平.同时针对我国蹦床女子单人成套动作就今后的训练提出了一些建议.

| Abstract: | The layout of the whole set of women's individual final in the 9~(th) national games was analyzed with methods of literature review, on-the-spot observation and kinescope. The results indicated that the ability and the time of pre-jump of Chinese women athletes have been improved obviously, but the average time of pre-jump still lags behind the world level. The number of periodical changes in the somersaults and twists was not adequate and the twist degrees of the double somersaults was behind the level of the countries with the best performance in trampoline. Some suggestions on the training of women's trampoline were put forward. |
