| 摘 要： | 2002年中国足球赛接连出现用"抽签"决定名次的竞赛结局,暴露出其决定名次的办法存在明显缺陷.深入分析了循环制竞赛确定名次的"层次"和"终极"问题,系统提出了妥善解决这些矛盾的思路和办法.

| Abstract: | In 2002, the Chinese Football Association decided the rankings in circulating competitions by drawing lots in a row, which exposed obvious defects in the practice. The paper gave a thorough analysis of the problems of and limit in the circulating competitions. Some suggestions were also put forward to solve the problems. |
