摘    要:摘 要:为考察感恩对运动员投入的影响以及教练员—运动员关系在它们之间的中介作用,采用运动员投入问卷、教练员-运动员关系问卷、感恩问卷对472名现役运动员进行调查。结果表明:1)感恩、教练员-运动员关系与运动员投入显著正相关;2)教练员—运动员关系在感恩和运动员投入之间起着部分中介作用,这说明感恩不仅能直接促进运动员投入,而且还会通过教练员—运动员关系产生间接作用;3)通过增强运动员的感恩倾向,改善教练员—运动员关系,将有助于促进运动员投入。本研究在理论上探讨了感恩与运动员投入的关系,并进一步明确其内部机制,这对于理解运动员投入的形成具有一定的参考价值;在实践上突出了感恩的重要性,并为教练员-运动员关系的管理工作提供一种新的路径选择。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to explore the effect of gratitude on athlete engagement, as well as the mediating function of coach-athlete relationship, a sample of 472 Chinese active athletes were recruited in this study to complete Athlete Engagement Questionnaire, Coach-Athlete Relationship Questionnaire, and Gratitude Questionnaire. The results indicated that: 1) Athlete engagement was significantly positive correlated to gratitude and coach-athlete relationship. 2) Coach-athlete relationship acted as a partial mediator between gratitude and athlete engagement. This suggested that gratitude not only had positive direct effect on athlete engagement, but also indirectly impacted it through coach-athlete relationship. 3) Above all, by increasing the level of gratitude and improving coach-athlete relationship, we could promote athlete engagement. This study has theoretical and practical significance. In theory, we have explored the relationship between gratitude and athlete engagement and its internal mechanism, which can help researchers to understand the formation of athlete engagement. In practice, these findings highlight the importance of gratitude for harmonious coach-athlete relationship. It enlightens us that gratitude intervention may be an effective method for the management of coach-athlete relationship.
