| 摘 要： | 利用综合的研究方法对大学生参与体育活动频度和动机、以及对体育活动的态度现状进行调查与研究.结果表明:大学生对体育活动的态度是比较积极的,具有较强的体育运动倾向,但男生对体育活动的态度明显好于女生;大学生参与体育活动的频度较低,体育参与意识比较淡薄,但男生参与体育活动频度明显高于女生.健身的需要仍是大学生参加课外体育活动的最主要的目的.另外,随着学生的每周课外体育活动频度的增加,学生的愉悦心情的需求呈现出明显的递增趋势.

| Abstract: | Adopted the comprehensive research,this study conducted a investigation and study with attention to the situation of the frequency of sports participation,motivation and sports attitudes of college students.The results indicated that the attitudes of sport participation of college students were active and positive,which showed significant sport tendency.However,the attitudes of male college students were inferior to the ones of female students;the frequency of sports participation of college students is relatively lower,and the consciousness of sport participation is insufficient.However,the frequency of sports participation of male college students is higher than their counterparts.The main motivation of sport participation is still the need of keeping healthy.In addition,as the frequency of the students' participating in physical activities rises weekly,the students' need of cheerful mood showed a increasing tendency. |
