| 摘 要： | 随机抽取5所高校参加选项课学习的大学生、已毕业大学生和选项课任课教师作为调查对象,并对现状进行分析.结果表明:学生普遍喜欢体育选项课,但对体育选项课学习的长远目标认识不够.学校场地、器材短缺,学生体育基础差是影响体育选项课教学质量的不利因素.提出完善体育选项课教学体系,提高教学质量.从而使学生真正学习掌握科学实用的健身知识技能,养成终身体育的思想意识、能力和习惯,实现体育选项课教学与终身体育的完满结合.

| Abstract: | The undergraduate students of the sports elective courses, the postgraduate students and the teachers of those courses in 5 colleges and universities were sampled randomly as the objects to study the present status of the sports elective courses. The results showed that almost all of the students enjoyed sports elective courses, but they were lack of enough understanding of the long term objectives of learning this kind of course. The disadvantageous factors to influence the teaching quality of sports elective courses were the insufficient sports fields and equipments as well as the students' low level of sports knowledge and skill. It was suggested that the teaching system of sports elective courses should be perfected and the quality of them should be improved, so that the students can learn and master scientific and useful sports knowledge and skills. Thus, the consciousness, competence and habit of lifelong sport can be formed to realize the satisfactory combination of the teaching in sports elective courses with lifelong sport. |
