| 摘 要： | 通过对山东省普通高校开设田径选项课的情况进行调查表明,当前山东省普通高校田径选项课正面临巨大的困境。同样情况在其它省市也不同程度地存在。结合健康体育教育、终身体育教育对田径选项课在普通高校体育课中的地位与作用进行了论述,并对普通高校田径选项课的发展提出对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Through the survey and research on optional athletic classes, the athletic classes are encountering great difficulties in colleges of Shandong Province. So are the conditions in other provinces of different levels. The author associated with health physical education and lifetime physical education, commented on the importance and effects of the optional athletic classes and put forward certain suggestions and solutions to the development of the optional athletic classes. |
