| 摘 要： | 以1996年、2000年的中国群众体育现状调查组的调查数据和2007年中国城乡居民参加体育锻炼现状调查的数据为基础,采用文献资料法、调查访问法、数理统计法、对比分析法等科研方法,对我国城乡居民体育锻炼中存在的问题进行分析和研究,以期为我国群众体育可持续发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | This research is based on the data of the Chinese mass sports status investigation in 1996 and 2000 and China urban and rural residents in sports exercise situation survey data in 2007.It adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire and mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to explore the existing problems in the exercises of urban and rural residents in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of mass sport. |
