| 摘 要： | 培养大学生的体育意识是奠定其终身体育的基础,只有使学生真正具有了体育意识,才能实现大学体育与社会体育接轨和<全民健身计划>提出的奋斗目标.本文论述了体育意识的函义和培养学生体育意识的途径与方法等.希望能为高校体育教学改革的深入发展提供一些有价值的参考.

| Abstract: | The cultivation of university studerts' sports consciousness is the basis of lifelong sport. Only when students have sports consciousness indeed, can it be possible to realize the connection of university sports and social sports and the goal of struggling plan of "all for sport" brought forward. This paper discussed the meaning of sports consciouness and the ways and methods to cultivate students' sports consciousness to provide some valuable references for the deepgoing development of physical education teaching reform in colleges and universities. |
