| 摘 要： | 利用青海省1985年、1991 年和2000年学生体质健康状况调研所获得的资料,对土、撒学生的体质健康状况作15年的动态观察、对比和分析,为高原少数民族学生体质健康水平的提高提供科学依据.研究结果表明:1)15年间,土、撒学生生长发育速度很快,发育水平有一定幅度的提高,发育过程有提前的趋势;肺活量绝对值和相对值均出现不同程度的下降;土族学生身体素质均有不同程度的提高,撒拉族学生除速度和耐力素质外均有所提高.2)9年间,土、撒学生健康状况的患病率多数出现下降.

| Abstract: | The constitution and health state of the students in Qinghai province in 1985, 1991 and 2000 was investigated. Based on the achieved data the constitution and health state of the Tu and Sala minority students were observed, compared and analyzed dynamically for 15 years in order to provide scientific gist for the improvement of the constitution and health level of the minority students on the plateau. It was indicated that the Tu and Sala students grew and developed fast in the first and the 15th year of the investigation. Their growth level was improved to a certain extent. Their growth process tended to be ahead of schedule. The absolute value and correlative value of their vital capacity decreased to a different extent. The constitution of the Tu students also improved to a different extent. The physical fitness of the Sala students improved, except speed and endurance. During the 2nd and the 9th year of the investigation the sickness rate of the two minorities mostly decreased. |
