| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对河南省10个城市的体育公共服务情况进行调查研究。结果显示:体育组织服务对城市体育公共服务居民满意度的贡献率最大;随着年龄与文化程度的增长,居民对体育组织服务和体育设施服务总体满意度上呈现上升趋势;而对体育指导服务、体育信息服务和体育活动服务满意度呈现下降趋势,其中在体育指导服务方面尤为明显。建议河南省政府加强城市体育公共服务制度建设,完善社会体育指导员培养机制,加强体育组织服务管理,大力提倡体育活动项目创新。
