| 摘 要： | 通过对河南大学女生的身体素质,心理素质等有关方面的调查研究基础上的对照实验,有意将心理健康教育渗透实验班的体育活动中,精心设计体育教学方案,充分利用体育手段有效地控制心理素质下降,最大程度地提高了学生的心理健康水平.

| Abstract: | This paper is an experimental report on physical education in Henan University. Based on the survey of the female students in physical, mental and other qualities, the author adopts the contrast teaching method and instructs the experimental class through psychological health education. This paper is meant to prevent the decrease of students' mental qualities, and improve their health to the utmost through the elaborate design of the course and the means of physical education teaching. |
