| 摘 要： | 对血压高或偏高运动员的左心B 型超声研究发现,左室壁及室间隔增厚明显,但心室腔大小改变不明显,即无明显的向心性肥厚;左心泵血功能、心肌收缩特性及心肌每搏作功指数改变不明显;室壁应力在赤道线方向上明显增大,使心肌耗氧量增加,对运动员心脏功能会产生一定影响。这些运动员在加强医务监督情况下,可以进行正常训练。

| Abstract: | Ultrasonography investigation of left hearts of players with hypertension or mild hypertension
indicated that:the thickness of left ventricular wall and septum obviously increased,but no significant
change with ventricular cavity,indicating no significant concentric hypertrophy;no significant changes
were found with left heart pumping function,myocardial contractility and work per stroke;ventricular
wall stress obivously increased in the equatorial direction,bringing larger oxygen consumption of cardiac
muscle and some influence to heart function.These players may carry on routine training under the condi-
tion of medical supervision. |
