| 摘 要： | 利用M型及多普勒超声心动图,测定传统左心收缩功能和舒张功能参数及Tei指数、左室收缩期射流峰值速度,对体育专业大学生与非体育专业大学生左心收缩及舒张功能进行对比研究。结果显示传统指标只是片面地反映了左心功能的单一方面,而基于血液动力学基础的Tei指数能反映出左心综合功能,且不受多种外在因素的影响,更适于生理状态下的心脏整体功能的比较。体育专业大学生的Tei指数较小、左室收缩期射流峰值速度较快,心率较慢,具备着更高的搏出量储备和心率储备,由此得出体育运动对左心综合功能有着积极的影响。
