| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、案例分析法、逻辑分析法和对比分析法,运用"运动训练过程论"、"运动训练控制论"两个基本理论,对参加奥运会高水平运动员在奥运年度的训练过程的调控进行了系统地分析和研究。主要包括六个方面的内容:1)运动员个性化特征诊断(包括运动员的技术战术特征、体能特征、心智特征、个性特征、比赛能力特征以及其优势和弱点分析);2)训练负荷调控;3)训练方法和手段的调控;4)技战术训练及其调控;5)生理生化调控;6)心理训练及其调控。根据六个方面的控制内容及实施过程,结合我国部分备战2008年北京奥运会高水平运动员的训练过程控制进行研究分析,以供国家队备战下届伦敦奥运提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Adopting the method of documentation,interview,case study,logistic analysis and comparing analysis and with two fundamental theories of sport training process and training control,the paper gives systematic analysis and research on the regulation of the training process of the high-level athletes in the national team for the Olympic Games in the year of the Olympics.The research includes the following six aspects.1) The features of the athletes,namely,the feature of tactics,physical capacity,intelligence,character,competing ability,advantages and weakness.2)Training load regulation.3)Training method and measures.4) The training and regulation on the tactics and strategies.5)Physical and biochemistry regulation.6)Psychological training and regulation.According to six control processes and the implementation,the paper researches the pre-games training process control on the high-level athletes in the national teams for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 so as to provide references to the national team for the London Olympics. |
