| 摘 要： | 在构建"生态体育"、"和谐体育"的大背景下,通过深入探究传统武术所蕴藏的生态内涵和生态思想,提出传统武术本质上是塑造人与自然、人与社会、人与人、性灵与肉体高度和谐统一的人,并为消解当今竞技体育凸显出的尖锐矛盾提供新的思路和方法论。

| Abstract: | In the main background of constructing "ecological sports" and "harmonious sports",through probing deeply the idea of traditional Wushu which contains the ecological connotation and ecological concept,the paper presents that the essence of the traditional Wushu is shaping a high harmony and unity relation between people and nature,people and society,people and people and soul and body.And it provides a new thinking and methodology for solving the acute conflict in today’s competitive sports. |
