不同频度的体育活动与大学生心理健康状况关系的研究

摘    要:运用问卷、心理量表scl-90对不同频度的体育活动与我国大学生心理健康状况关系进行调查统计。结果表明:1)不同频度的体育活动改善大学生心理健康状况具有不同的效果;2)体育活动时间越长、次数越多、项目越激烈改善大学生心理健康状况的效果越明显,以每次锻炼1 h以上、每星期锻炼3次以上、经常参加混合类项目的体育活动改善大学生心理健康状况的效果最理想。

Abstract:By questionnaire and SCL-90 scale,the relationship between different frequencies of sports and mental health of college students are researched.The results show that: 1) The sports of different frequencies has different results on improving the mental health of college students.2) The longer,the more and the more intense sports are,the more obvious effectiveness of improving the mental health of college students has.To exercise one hour or more each time,more than 3 times per week,and often participate in the mixed category sports has the best effect on improving the mental health of college students.
