| 摘 要： | 通过对粤湘桂黔滇少数民族地区群众对全民健身的认识与参与现状的调查,较全面地了解了粤湘桂黔滇少数民族地区群众的生活与经济状况以及参与健身活动的现状.通过具体的研究分析,提出了合理的对策与实施计划,为进一步推动粤湘桂黔滇少数民族及全国其他地区全民健身活动提供了理论依据.

| Abstract: | People's awareness of mass sports and participation is investigated in Yue, Xiang, Gui, Qian and Dian areas where minority people live densely so that a comprehensive understanding of people's life and economic condition as well as their participation in sports is obtained. Through detailed research and analysis, a reasonable countermeasure and a plan for implementation are put forward and a theoretical foundation is provided for further pushing forward mass sports in these minority areas and other parts of the country. |
