| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等方法,对高校高水平运动队的建设和发展状况所产生的负面效应进行研究,在肯定对我国竞技体育体制改革的巨大推动作用的同时,探究高水平运动队建设在经济、社会和文化等方面产生的负面效应,从多角度解析我国高校高水平建设所出现负面效应的原因,及产生机理,并提出了相应的降低和规避对策.
