| 摘 要： | 运用访问调查等研究方法 ,对我国普通高校高水平田径运动员成绩滞后的原因进行了剖析。目前影响普通高校田径竞技水平进一步提高的主要因素是 :1)人才结构不合理 ,缺乏高水平的教练员及高质量的生源 ;2 )缺乏雄厚的物质基础 ,多项与训练直接相关的因素与实际要求存在较大差距 ;3)管理机制不健全 ,缺乏与之配套的运行机制。

| Abstract: | The reasons for the lag of the elite athletes' performances in the general colleges and universities of China were analyzed by the methods of visiting and investigation. At present, the main factors to affect the improvement of the competitive level of track & field in general colleges and universities are as follows: 1. The talent structure is unreasonable. There are lack of elite coaches and qualified students. 2. There is lack of abundant financial support and there exists a great difference between factors directly relative to training and the practical needs. 3. The administrative mechanism is imperfect and there is lack of an operating system to match it. |
