| 摘 要： | 在明确休闲娱乐类民族传统体育的基本范畴的基础上,对休闲娱乐类民族传统体育项目作了初步的分类,并详细的阐述了休闲娱乐类民族传统体育的8个特点,以期望为我国休闲娱乐体育理论的研究提供参考依据。
