| 摘 要： | 当代科学技术异常迅速的发展，使知识陈旧周期缩短，知识更新日益加快，任何大学靠增加知识量的办法已很难使学生能够跟踪未来科学的发展，所以教育的中心应该是使学生具有学习的能力。转变教学观念，改进教学方法。任何一个人学习的进步，事业有成及超人的天资，最终取决于内因自我能力的培养。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of modern science and technology leads to increasingly rapid renewal ofknowledge. It is difficult for universities and colleges to make students follow the development of the futurescience only by increasing the amount of knowledge. Therefore, the emphasis of instruction should be todevelop the learning ability of students, which requires changes of instruction concept and improvement ofteaching methods, A success in learrning and the acreer and caquirement of extraordinary talent eventuallydepend on the ability of self-cultivation. |
