试析沙地跳跃练习提高弹跳力作用的动力学机制

摘    要:对沙地跳跃练习提高弹跳力作用的动力学机制进行了试验研究,结果表明,经过一定时期的沙地跳跃训练,实验对象硬地原地纵跳高度显著提高;沙地跳跃练习提高弹跳力作用的动力学机制表现为:起跳动作过程中缓冲后期和蹬伸后期的时值延长;缓冲后期制动动作幅度增大;蹬伸后期蹬伸动作幅度增大;蹬伸前期和蹬伸后期峰值力和蹬伸冲量显著提高.

Abstract:The dynamics mechanism of improving spring function by sand jumping exercises was tested and studied. It was indicated that after a certain period of sand jumping exercise the tested objects obviously improved their heights of standing vertical jumps on the hard ground. The dynamics mechanism of improving spring function by san jumping exercises consists in the following: Firstly, in the course of taking of, the duration of the anaphase of cushioning and the anaphase of pushing lengthens. Secondly, the range of the brake movement increases at the anaphase of cushioning. And at the anaphase of pushing, the range of the pushing movement enlarges. Thirdly, at the prophase and anaphase of pushing the peak pushing strength and pushing impulse improve remarkably.
