| 摘 要： | "训练泳式构成"是游泳专项训练的重要组成部分.通过调查访问和文献资料研究,表明我国游泳教练员对专项训练概念认识不一致,导致了主项泳式训练负荷不足和"训练泳式构成"的结构分散等问题,影响了我国游泳运动员的专项训练水平;研究还发现,国外优秀游泳运动员主项泳式训练量没有随训练分期不同而变化,这一现象值得思考.

| Abstract: | The composition of strokes on training is very important in specified training of swimming. Through the methods of interviews and literature review, it's found that Chinese swimming coaches have different understanding of the concepts of specified training, which leads to insufficient load of specified training and scattered composition of strokes in training. As a result, the specified training quality of Chinese swimmers is affected. It's also found that the load of specified training in foreign countries doesn't change with the variety of training periods. |
