北京市小学一、二年级体育锻炼的标淮及效果的研究

摘    要:以北京市12所小学一、二年级学生为研究对象,对制订该学段学生的体育锻炼标准,以及在该学段开展体育锻炼达标的效果进行了探讨。科学地选择了一套有利于促进小学低准,并通过调查与实年级学生身体素质和运动能力全面发展的测验项目,制定了适合于该学段学生身心特点的体育锻炼标验,证明了在小学一、二年级开展体育锻炼达标,不仅对学校体育工作有积极的促进作用,而且还能有效地增强学生的体质。

Abstract:The study,taking the first and second grade pupils in the cityproper and the suburbs of Beijing as the subjects,made a discussion onthe standards and effectiveness of physical exercises of lower grades pu-pils.A set of examination items suitable for an all-round development inphysical fitness and motor ability of the lower grades pupils was chosenand the standards of physical exercises were developed based on the cha-racteristics of body and mind of the lower grades pupils.investigationand experiment indicated that the drive of reaching standards in physicalexercises among the first and second grade pupils may promote physicaleducation in primary school and effectively strengthen physical fitness ofthe pupils.
