| 摘 要： | 运用文献综述法、访谈法、问卷法等,从招生政策、文化教育、训练竞赛及后勤保障四个方面,对高校高水平运动队制度体系建设的现状进行了分析,在此基础上,从目标定位、制度体系设计以及认识投入三个方面进行了理性反思,指出今后发展应明确目标定位,完善制度体系,健全专业运动员进入高校的渠道。

| Abstract: | This article adopts the method of literature review,interview and questionnaire to analyze the system building of university high-level sports team from the perspective of enrollment policy,education,sports training and logistics.Onthis basis,it reviews the targets,institutional design and investment and then proposes that the targets should be clarified,the system should be enhanced and the enrollment of the professional athletes should be improved. |
