| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、调查等方法,对影响高校开展教职工体育活动的组织管理等因素进行研究,结果表明:高校教职工体育活动的开展组织管理手段单一;基层(部门、教职工体育社团)工会的体育管理的制度比较少;组织管理者指导、组织管理和科研能力欠缺;经费来源途径少,支出分布不合理等,建议普通高校对开展教职工体育活动组织管理体制进行改革,以此推动普通高校教职工体育活动的开展。本研究旨在为有关部门制定普通高校教职工体育活动组织管理发展战略时提供科学依据。
