皮划艇项目训练科学化探索

摘    要:在对皮划艇项目参加雅典奥运会取得成绩和存在问题进行分析的基础上,对皮划艇的项目规律特点进行了再认识,提出了"皮划艇运动是体能类次最大强度条件下乳酸加有氧供能的技术性强的竞速运动项目,其制胜规律是技术加体能的完美结合"的理论观点;结合对当今训练理论和实践创新的研究,为皮划艇项目备战2008年奥运会提供理论和实践导向;并根据皮划艇项目目前开展的高原训练探索,以自身实践经历示范高原训练应注意的各项细节和问题.

On Kayaking Training

Abstract:on the basis of analyzing the performance of the Chinese kayaking team in the Athens Olympic Games and the existing problems, the paper has an anew recognition of the characteristics of kayaking and puts forward that kayaking is a highly competitive and strength-type sport in which lactic acid and aerobic supply of energy take place in the maximum degree. Its dominating rule is the perfect combination of skill and physical energy. It's concluded that the present training theory and practical and innovative research have offered theoretical and practical directions for the 2008 Olympics. Meanwhile, in accordance with the exploration on altitude training being developed for the sport, the paper shows some details and questions which calls for attention in altitude training.
