| 摘 要： | 探索实现体育课程目标的科学方法和途径,是我们学校体育工作者迫切需要解决的问题。通过运用运动教育模式在普通高校选项课中的应用,进行了实验研究。结果表明:这一教育模式有利于增强学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高学生学习的兴趣与参与意识;有利于促进学生的个性发展,发挥学生潜力,更好的掌握运动技能;通过挫折教育,有利于增进学生的承受力,加强心理健康培养;有利于培养学生的协作精神,增强社会适应能力,运用运动教育模式对实现普通高校体育课程目标有着积极的作用,对于培养综合性,复合型人才有重要意义。
