| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法,对全国直辖市与省会城市中的1000个城市新建综合型社区进行抽样调查,对其体育场地设施对学校开放情况进行了研究。结果发现,社区对学校开放体育设施的开放率为11.2%。究其原因发现,政府管理因素、安全因素、社区资源因素、观念因素、政策法规因素阻碍了城市社区对学校开放体育场地设施,这其中政府管理因素、资源因素、政策法规因素对社区开放的影响较大,其中,政府管理因素在对资源因素与安全因素的影响力大于政策法规因素。
