| 摘 要： | 新时期我国体育事业全面复兴,需要热情和勇气,更需科学和理性.体育院校有着无可比拟的教育优势、科研优势和人才优势,是我国"科教兴体"的结合点和体育专门人才的培养基地,理应担起服务"奥运争光行动计划"和"全民健身计划"的重任,而要完成这一使命,体育院校就必须转变现行办学模式,开辟更广、更新的天地.在探讨体育院校必须坚持教育、训练、科研三结合的基础上,分析了北京体育大学"三结合"的办学实践,为继续探索"三结合"进行了重新思考:1)体育院校的重新定位是实现"三结合"的前提;2)竞技体育院校化是实现"三结合"的必然选择;3)人才培养多元化体现"三结合"的目标和成效.

| Abstract: | The revival of Chinese sports in the new era needs passion, courage and more importantly, science and reason. The institutes of physical education, which enjoy incomparable benefits in education, researching and human resources and are taken as the bonding point of reviving sports through science and education as well as the cultivating bases of specialized sports personnel, should take up the honorable tasks of the Olympic Honor Action Program and the Plan of Sports for All. However, to accomplish the task, the institutes of physical education should transform the present mode of running the institutes and explore more space. On the basis of exploring the fact that institutes of physical education should stick to the combination of education, training and researching, the paper analyzes the practice how BSU actualizes the combination of the three components and adjusts the thoughts for further exploration, that is, first, the relocation of the institutes of physical education is the precondition of realizing the combination of the 3 components; second, the transformation into athletic sports institutes will be a necessary option for the combination; third, the cultivation of talented personnel for multi directions is the target and achievement of realizing the combination. |
