| 摘 要： | 使用霍兰德职业性向测验表、卡特尔16项个性因素测验对北京体育大学体育传媒系2005级(大一年级)、2003级(大三年级)学生施测。在此基础上,使用ssps13.0进行统计分析。结论:1)二个年级学生个人的理想职业与其对职业兴趣和职业能力的判断之间存在较大差距。2)学生的职业价值观,主要来自个人利益的满足、特别是个人物质利益的满足,作为对社会责任感要求较高的新闻工作,学生给予的关注不高,这是新闻教育工作者需要重视的问题。3)二个年级学生职业兴趣类型与个性因素的关系,除乐群性、活泼性、内向与外向因素外,均不存在显著性差异,这与学生的职业类型相对集中有关。

| Abstract: | Based on Holland's Vocational Interest Test(HLD) and Cattell Sixteen personality Factor Test(16PF),vocational interests of freshmen and juniors in Department of Sport Media,Beijing Sport University are significantly different in self-efficacy or examination by the statistics of SPSS 3.0.The career values are from the individual interests,not from the social benefits.All kinds of students are significantly different in ardor,vividness,and introversion and extroversion,which indicates the main part of the students' choices are of the same vocational types. |
